Welcome. I'm glad you're here.
I'm K! The creative force behind Kimemeki, a health coach, speaker, mental fitness advocate, entrepreneur, and mother of five. I have spent most of my life experimenting and studying what helps people create lasting health and sustainable success.
Today, I help women increase their capacity by supporting the rhythms that influence their energy, health, mindset, and daily lives. But I didn't arrive at that work through a textbook.
I arrived here because I lived it.
My Story
For years, I was doing what many women do.
Raising a family, pursuing goals, taking care of responsibilities, exercising, trying to eat well, and doing my best to create a healthy life.
Yet despite all of that effort, my health continued to decline.
Fatigue became my normal. Brain fog made it difficult to think clearly. I dealt with digestive issues, skin problems, and a growing list of symptoms that didn't seem to have answers.
Doctor after doctor told me that everything looked normal.
But nothing about the way I felt seemed normal.
What made it even more confusing was watching other people appear to move through life with ease while I felt like I was constantly struggling to keep up. Eventually, I began wondering if I was just broken.
Thankfully, I wasn't.
After years of searching, we finally found practitioners who were willing to look deeper. The first puzzle piece was a severe iron deficiency, then hypothyroidism, digestive dysfunction, and other underlying issues that had been impacting my health for years were finally acknowledged.
That experience changed my life.
Not just because I finally had answers, but because it taught me the importance of listening when our bodies tell us something isn't right and. never giving up.
What Healing Taught Me
My healing didn't begin with a perfect plan.
It began with a pause.
As I worked through various protocols and addressed underlying deficiencies, my health gradually improved. Looking back, I can see that many of the things helping me recover had something in common.
They supported my body's need for restoration.
I understood the importance of sleep.
I understood the importance of reducing stress.
I learned to stop treating my body like a machine that could endlessly produce without maintenance.
What I didn't fully understand at the time was why those changes were helping so much.
That understanding came later.
Discovering Harmony
Several years later, while living overseas and serving clients in the United States across multiple time zones, I began noticing some familiar symptoms returning.
The fatigue.
The brain fog.
The sense that my energy wasn't matching the demands of my life.
As I began paying closer attention, I realized there was another layer to the story.
The things that had helped me recover years earlier were even more nuanced than I had realized. Many of them were quietly supporting the biological rhythms that regulate energy, recovery, and resilience.
I started diving deeper into research around circadian health, light exposure, sleep, female hormonal cycles. I even took a peek at Human Design.
The more I learned, the more everything started connecting.
What I had experienced personally was showing up in the research as well.
Many people aren't lacking motivation and willpower.
They're bodies are simply out of rhythm.
They're trying to build extraordinary lives while working against the very systems designed to support them.
That realization became the foundation for The Harmony Principle.
How I Can Support You
Over the years, I've discovered that lasting transformation rarely comes from a single solution. Health, mindset, habits, relationships, environment, purpose, and daily rhythms all influence one another.
That's why my work focuses on helping women build capacity from multiple angles rather than chasing quick fixes.
Whether through coaching, speaking, community, or educational resources, my goal is simple: To help women create lives that are sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with the way they were designed to function.
Why The Garden Exists
As my work grew, I found myself facing a challenge that many women know well. How do you continue serving others without constantly overextending yourself? I wanted a way to support more women, regardless of where I happened to be in the world, while remaining true to the very principles I teach. The Garden was born from that desire. It's a space where women can learn, grow, ask questions, find encouragement, and build healthier lives together. Because no one should have to do life alone, and transformation is often easier when we're surrounded by people walking a similar path.
